Dr. Narendra Vaidya is an internationally acclaimed Joint Replacement Surgeon providing expert consultations and surgical expertise in many countries. A leading Adult Reconstructive Surgeon, he has successfully performed 15000+ Joint Replacement surgeries, 5000+ Robotic Joint Replacement surgeries and more than 73,000+ Orthopaedic Surgeries in India and abroad.

Dr Vaidya is a distinguished alumnus of B J Medical College where he obtained his MBBS degree in 1989 and was a Gold Medallist in MS Orthopaedics in 1994. He has been extensively trained in the US, Sweden and Germany and holds a distinguished position as a Professor and Faculty in the field of Joint Replacement.

He is an eminent faculty and has delivered 50+ presentations and. 1 00+talks at all National and International Orthopedic Conferences including ISHKS (Indian Society of Hip & Knee Surgeons, IOS (Indian Orthopedic Society), (POS)Pune Orthopedic Society, APAS (Asia Pacific Arthroplasty Society), CCJR (Current Concepts in Joint Replacement) as well as Chief Speaker at the Ethiopian National Orthopedic Conference. He is a PG Teacher in Orthopedics recognized by National Board of Examination, New Delhi and College of Surgeons and Physicians, Mumbai, and for Fellowship in Joint Replacement.

He has successfully pioneered the first Robotic Assisted Unicondylar Knee Replacement in India and the first Robotic-Assisted Total Knee Replacement in the world outside the USA !!! He is a Director and Mentor in establishing Comprehensive Emergency Medical Systems comprising prevention to rehabilitation — a first of its kind in India. This System under his leadership has been successful in serving 3,00,000+ Trauma victims to date and is implemented as a model system in various Indian states.

He is a Member of National Road Safety Advisory Committee, Ministry of Surface Transport and Highways, Government of India & a Panelist at the “Regional Forum on SAARC and Developing Asia” organized by FICCI, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, GOI. He was also invited as a Speaker for Knowledge Sharing Programme and Panelist at the IMTD 2015 (Indian Medical Tourism Destination) at Dubai and Muscat

He is the recipient of the Indian Leadership Award For Healthcare Excellence, Ga Di Ma Puraskar, Vishwa Vivek Puraskar, Sanjeevani Puraskar, Mahindra Navistar Award, 100 Most Impactful Healthcare Leaders.
